Allow me to introduce the wonderful Rachel & Jaylin. They got in touch after noticing our work in a styled shoot for their chosen wedding venue, the Camino Real Ranch, Austin. They loved the diversity of our portfolio and the fact that we are inclusive allies. We clicked immediately and spent more time talking about their personal vibe and laughing about life than we did getting down to numbers in our consultation.

The couple originate from small east Texas towns but now live in Dallas. They both love Austin and as music lovers, what better city to host a wedding - the world's “Live music capital of the world.”

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony | Camino Real Ranch

After an emotional first look at the gazebo in the grounds of the Camino Real Ranch, the couple were ready to begin their heartfelt wedding ceremony.

An old Mesquite tree overlooking the pond provided a beautiful natural backdrop for the ceremony space. Colorful florals wrapped around the tree in shades of peach, bold pinks and red added some vibrancy. Geometric rugs paired with natural rattan decor and hanging bistro lights completed the bohemian vibe they were going for.

The ceremony was authentic and heartful with not a dry eye in sight.

They chose to host their celebration at Camino Real Ranch in Austin. This boutique wedding venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces that are minimalist, modern, and stylish without being overwhelming.

We made sure to incorporate both personalities of Rachel - a sassy flower child and Jaylin - a headstrong business woman with a chill, modern vibe, into the wedding design. The clean aesthetic of the venue matched this blend perfectly and allowed for the design to make a statement which included vibrant pops of color, boho touches and eclectic vintage pieces, whilst keeping the decor budget friendly.

Wedding Reception in The Greenhouse | Camino Real Ranch

The wedding reception was held in The Greenhouse which boasts a wall of gorgeous windows looking out on the rugged landscape and giant sliding doors. The couple particularly loved how you can bring the outside in and all the spaces could be seamlessly connected.

The space in itself is a modern statement piece so we kept the decor minimal with lots of exposed wood, a bright table runner, bud vases and neutral taper candles. We left the doors of the greenhouse open to connect the entry, cocktail space and reception space.

Just outside, we created a relaxing lounge area with cozy seating and boho rugs. A rustic mobile bar and a local Austin Taco truck, TacoMan512 provided delicious, authentic Mexican food and refreshing Aguas Frescas, ensuring the guests were drinking and dining in style.

Eye catching desserts by Southern Touch provided a delectable after dinner sweet treat.

The couple's admiration for both the city of Austin and music was also evident in their unique guest book idea. Vintage custom records were set out for all of their guests to sign, which also served as a memorable keepsake from their special day.

This joyful wedding at the Camino Real Ranch was one for the books. The stylish, modern venue paired with eclectic, vibrant design elements resulted in the perfect blend of boho vibes and personal touches for these music lovers! We couldn’t have been more honored to be part of the process and watch the day unfold.
